Airbnb has developed this cleaning protocol based on CDC guidance and in consultation with industry leaders in the fields of sanitisation and medicine. It sets out helpful tips and best practices and sets the baseline standard hosts are expected to meet as a participant in the programme.

Before the arrival of each guest we have always carried out a property inspection procedure to ensure that our rigorous cleaning and housekeeping processes have been adhered to. We will continue to do this and have added to our cleaning processes and checks additional cleaning requirements in relation to COVID-19.
